parser3.1.3 под win32 очень сильно глючит

После обновления парсера на версию 3.1.3, с 3.1.0 всё перестало работать: такое ощущение, что возникли какие-то ошибки с конфигурационным файлом. Он точно читается, так как без него возникают другие сообщения об ошибках, однако очевидно, что парсер выкидывает переменные, заданных в @auto[] ГКФ.

При удалении ГКФ, страница выдаёт следующую ошибку: 
$SQL:drivers table must be defined  type: parser.runtime
При обычном положении auto.p (т.е. в /cgi-bin/parser3.1.3/auto.p), выдаётся следующая ошибка: 
connection string must start with protocol://  type: parser.runtime
Если добавить строку соединения в файл htdocs/auto.p, где описан ^server, то всё работает.

Сам ГКФ ничем не изменён со времён 3.1.0. Тоже самое происходит с обычным ГКФ, который включён в комплект поставки.

P.S. Хочется заметить, что код выдаётся в кодировке win1251, но $response:charset выдаёт UTF-8, что делает страницу нечитаемой из-за несогласования кодировок.
