Как выйти из ситуации ?

Во код:
$file[^file::load[text;${form:file}index.html]]

Пишет в parser3.log:
[Thu Apr 21 17:22:58 2005] /?file=http://www.parser.ru/index.html: /home/www/index.html(10:14): 'http://www.parser.ru/index.html' does not start with http:// [<no type>]

Подскажите что сделать чтоб загружал ?
parser работает как cgi.
