And XQuery, being far superior then just XPath and DOM, is pretty much like Parser in a way.

So XQuery would be very native and understandable by Parser users.
I feel, that integrating XQuery into Parser would give a big new value to a language.

Ok, feel free to keep me in the loop of technicalities in case you decide to try to integrate Patternist, such that I can possibly alter the code for your needs, and that we therefore keep branching to a minimum.
